Join Mayor "Bikin" Mike Coleman, President Harrison, and other local leaders for a ride from Franklin Park to City Hall. Arrive at Franklin Park by 7:30 a.m. and after a few words from the Mayor we'll leave by 8 a.m. to bike downtown with police escort. Arrive at City Hall at approximately 8:20 a.m. where we will have a brief program, coffee and treats. The event ends by 8:45a.m. You can detour to Columbus State from the ride if necessary.

A hired hit man, a game-show jackpot, and a man who's attempting to avoid alimony payments. These outrageous elements are all intertwined in the latest Theatre Columbus State production coming to the stage. "Reckless" will be preformed nightly at 8:00 p.m. May 18 -- 21 in the Nestor Auditorium. A 3:00 p.m. matinee is scheduled for May 19. All performances are free.

Columbus State's Center for Workforce Development recently created a five-week class to prepare students for a national exam on the subject. It concludes with a first-hand tour of a local "green" firehouse.

Tuesday, May 3 marked a new beginning for access to education in central Ohio. Dozens of education leaders from school districts, colleges, universities and the community converged at Columbus State Community College. The event was the inaugural Regional Summit on College Access and Student Attainment.
